Responding to life’s constant demands makes me drained and at the end of day leaves me with zero energy for self development. While embracing solitude is not my cup of tea, but spending time alone is not entirely uncomfortable for me. Despite the fact that my brain floods my mind with uncomfortable and embarrassing moments when I try to sit alone, I feel practicing solitude is essential since it leads to profound personal growth and rejuvenation.
